  2. S.E.L.F 10 & 20 Skills for Employment and Lifelong Fulfillment S.E.L.F. transition services provides young adults, 18 to 22 years old, with the skills and knowledge necessary for successful transition into community and adult living.

How we evolved? • Steering Committee formed in 2001-2002 • Staffing & students-beginning to present 01-02 1 student & Tracking Teacher & Transition coordinators 02-03 3 students , 2 part time teachers & 1 rotating job coach 03-04 9 students, 2 part time teachers & 1 full time job coach 04-05    14 students, 1 teacher & 1 full time, 1 part time job coach 05-06    13 students, 1 teacher & 2 full time job coach 06-07    25 students, 1 teacher & 4 full time job coaches 07-08    28 students, 2 teachers & 4 full time job coaches(10 & 20) 08-09    29 students , 2 teachers & 6 full time job coaches(10 & 20) 09-10    19 students, 2 teachers & 6 full time job coaches (10 & 20)
