  2. Jewelry have been the first love of every woman since ancient times. Jewelry add splendor to the beauty of a woman or we can also say that women add splendor to the beauty of the jewelry! There are several moments and occasions where looking special becomes necessary for a woman, especially in the festive seasons.

  3. Nowadays handcrafted jewelry is being more preferred and adored because it can be found in a variety of shapes, colors and designs. Hence the artisans work with sheer dedication to deliver the best and attractive product. But the manufacturing procedure is not that easy! A large number of procedures are undergone to get the final result. Let us find out what are the procedures that creates such beautiful ornaments: Buying materials, i.e. stones and silver: For getting a quality product we need to buy best quality materials too. Sterling silver also known as .925 silver are more durable and less prone to tarnish hence are the right set of silver to be used for creating jewelry. Similarly, in case of the stones, quality is considered as the most essential parameter.

  4. Designing: For designing a jewelry the first and foremost thing that needs to be taken care of is the concept, i.e. a visualization of the design. Hence the designer draws out the rough picture that strikes his mind. The craftsman creates the final piece of jewelry that the designer has conceptualized and designed in his mind. Molding: Once the sketch is finalized with all the details it is passed to the molding team. Here the highly experienced molders convert the sketch into master mold that is the base of the further manufacturing processes.

  5. Casting: In this process the wax replicas are placed in steel containers and are then heated which results into a liquefied form which is then poured into flasks and allowed to cool. Once it is cooled down it is blown up to disclose the jewelry in casting form. Stone setting: In this process the stones are set into the metal mounts. Polishing: In this process the whole jewelry is being polished carefully to provide smoothness to it. With the help of polishing the jewelry is made more attractive. Quality Checking: After the entire manufacturing the jewelry is checked and verified thoroughly with full attention for any defects.
