  3. 2002-2004 Global Evaluation • Literature review; • Evaluation of coverage of RH services for refugees and IDPs; • Evaluation of quality, access to and use of RH services for refugees IDPs;  • Evaluation of the use of the MISP and RH Kits in post-emergency situations; • Assessment of the MISP of RH for Sudanese refugees in Chad; • Assessment of changes over time within agencies/institutions involved in RH services for refugees and IDPs; and, • Review of resource availability over time at the global level in support of RH services for refugees and IDPs.
