Located in a central position in Kingsbridge, I found a wonderful mid- terraced period property, which has accommodation and is located over four floors allowing a multitude of options. And because of good real estate investors I’ve engaged with, never did I think twice buying this property.
I made some thoughts about his habit why he easily encouraged me to buy the property. First, I believed that he made his own research. He made his plan on the approach their real estate activities as a business in order to establish and achieve short- and long- term goals. A business plan also allows him to see the big picture, which sustains focus on the goals rather than on any minor setbacks. I found real estate investing complicated and demanding yet he managed to keep on being organized and on task.
Also, I found him as an effective real estate investor, acquiring an in- depth knowledge of his selected market. He kept abreast the current trends such as any changes in consumer spending habits, mortgage rates and the unemployment rate which allowed him to predict when trends may change and what potential opportunities may come.
Aside from being knowledgeable, he maintained high ethical standards. Some investors may take advantage from the situation. Though his reputation is likely to be far reaching, still he became fair rather than seeing what they can get away with.
Moreover, to gain the depth of knowledge, it is important for him to develop a focus. It is obvious that he already mastered the real estate business. In addition, he stayed educated. He stayed updated with the laws, regulations, terminology and trends that form the basis of the real estate investor’s business. But not only he stayed educated but future oriented. He is capable of understanding the future risks. Prudent real estate investors understand the risks of real estate deals and its legal implications.
One thing that makes him more professional is that he sought help from others. Engaging among other investors, lawyer and mentor could be also the secret of my realtor. He knows the worth of those experts rather than risk time and money. Difficult it may be to find and deal with investor such I had. However, what matters most are the skills, efforts and habits to easily reach the needs of buyers. These are the reasons why I never think twice buying this property.
