  4. International matching • You tell us your 5 preferences by COP Monday 10th June. Some tips: • Do some research over the weekend • Let Kate know on Monday morning if you want to see some host applications • Go for the interesting placement, rather than for the (expected) weather and entertainment! • Let us know if you want to go to Holland, but still identify 5 other preferences as Holland is still at pilot stage and not 100% certain • We match you to 1 of your preferences where possible by mid-end June • The PiP manager in your chosen region does the final confirmation with the host by end June • We will let you know by early July • We suggest you contact your host in early July • You can make your travel and subsistence arrangements

  5. International placement • Organise 4 weeks between 1st September and 18th October • Find our who else from this group goes to your host region • If you need a visa; let us know in time so we can issue a letter to the immigration authorities, and your current employer and host can do the same • Connect through LinkedIn/facebook and arrange joint travel/accommodation where possible • Do some research into living and working in your chosen region • Contact your host so you and they know what to expect • Be open minded; this will help you enjoy and learn the most!
