  4. What do Cnidarians Eat? • They eat zooplankton, tiny shrimp, eggs of sea animals, baby sea animals, and other stingers • it gets its food : stinging prey

  5. How Do Cnidarians Protect Themselves? • Defense : stinging predators • Trigger : how the jelly's sting • Box Jellyfish: poison barb

  6. Fun Facts • Man of War are made up of 100’s of organisms • Nematocyst : small harpoon that injects a poisonous protein that paralyzes its foe • Jellyfish lay eggs • Can sting even when dead • Roamed the seas for millions of years jellyfish eggs
