Clinical Examination • Clear clinical pictures of frontal view of intra oral (including pictures of centric occlusal view of frontal view) • Clear clinical pictures of left and right view of intra oral (It is better if pictures of lingual and buccal view are included) • Clear clinical pictures of upper jaw and lower jaw view (Full mouth) of occlusal view

Surgery proceduresStage I • Clear clinical pictures of treatment location of intra oral before surgery • Flap design • Clear clinical pictures of alveolar bone before bone drilling • Using surgical template to confirm the ideal implant hole drilling • Guide Pin placement, take periapical radiograph during surgery to ensure proper depth and angle of dental implant • Implant placement

Surgery procedures Stage I • If performing GBR process, the used materials need to be indicated • For the purpose of identification, once performing GBR process, clear clinical pictures of intra oral need to be provided during surgery • Clear clinical pictures of intra oral after suture • Take clear periapical radiograph after surgery • Suture is removed 1-2 weeks after surgery. Clinical pictures of Intra oral are taken before and after removing suture
