Blue Mountain RAM was built to support this scenario.

  20. R3 SR2 Highlights Document Embedding - allows for documents (i.e. Cal Certs) to be uploaded directly into a record such as a calibration work history and stored within our database. Eliminates the file share linking step from this type of workflow Support for IE 9 Browser– Inherently faster; in addition to IE 8; sets the stage for IE 10 Advanced Quick Find- extends existing Quick Find feature on queries to allow the user to add multiple quick find conditions using AND/OR conditions on-the-fly against queries. Can reduce the total number of queries that you maintain and/or the modifications necessary to those queries. Reports available on Workspaces - in addition to pinning queries to workspaces, users will now be able to pin the common reports that they need to access (i.e. / KPI Reports such as Planned vs. Unplanned Work for the Month) Etc.
