Section 2… Conditions • Definition… e.g. GRSP, Budget, PI, Supervisor etc… • Payment Modalities… Advance payment at the start • Ethical Issues and Dissemination of Information… Ethical clearance • Ownership and Use of Equipment… for RO • Inspection… TRC may inspect RO • Use and Transfer of Financial Resources… Grant system • Reporting Requirements…TRESS

  7. Financial Management of GRSP At Start • Signed Agreement. • Claim letter from RO. • Project’s funds paid in advance. • Movement between categories is allowable within the same year. Half way: • Progress report. • No carry forward. At the end • Update financial expenditure in grant system. • Final report

  8. Financial Management of GRSP More points: • No Top up. • No Extensions. • Return unused funds. • RO to monitor expenditure.
