OUTSIDE DELHI 2008 4 Example: if an array of nine elements initially contains the elements as 2, 4, 1, 6, 5, 7, 9, 23, 10 then the function should rearrange the array as 4, 2, 6, 1, 7, 5, 23, 9, 10
