  3. WebFaculty Main Page Step 1: Select Course Step 2: Click on Alert Students

  4. Student Alert Roster Click on the check sign to view history of Alerts Click on a radio button to initiate Alert

  5. Student Alert History Alert History Popup that shows past alerts

  6. Student Alert Option Page Alert History Select the alerts to submit by clicking the check boxes Click Submit to Proceed or Reset

  7. Student Alert Confirmation Optional Notes for the instructor to submit Return Address Choose Method of Contact

  8. Alert Method of Contact Options • Formatted Email • Formatted Letter (Mail Letter) • Custom Email (Meet With the Instructor) • Referred Service

  9. Alert Custom Email Custom Email Option Text box for custom email Click Alert Student to submit alert

  10. Alert Status Page Alert has been submitted successfully
