Patient with symptoms. Whole-body plethysmography: FEV 1 /VC < 0.70 and/or FEV 1 < 80%. Yes. No. Bronchial provocation with Methacholin: Causing fall of  FEV 1 > 20%. Bronchodilator reversibility testing.  FEV 1 < 12%.  FEV 1 > 12% and > 200ml but norm value not reached.
