  2. VISION: REALIZAR LA INVESTIGACION Y DESARROLLO EN LOS ÁMBITOS OCEANOGRAFICOS PARA COADYUVAR EN EL CRECIMIENTO DEL SECTOR MARITIMO NACIONAL. MISION: DETERMINAR LINEAS DE INVESTIGACION Y CONDUCIR LA REALIZACION DE ESTUDIOS CON LOS INSTITUTOS, ESTACIONES Y BUQUES DE INVESTIGACION OCEANOGRAFICA

  3. Subsecretaría de Marina Dirección General de Investigación y Desarrollo. Departamento Coordinación Estación de Coordinador Regional de Investigación de Programas Investigación Oceanográfica contra la Oceanográfica Contaminación del mar. Operativo Gestión y Investigación vinculación.

  4. ENSENADA, B. C. YUKALPETEN, YUC. CARMEN, CAMP. COORDINADORA INTERINSTITUCIONAL DE INVESTIGACIÓN OCEANOGRÁFICA COORDINADORAS REGIONALES DE INVESTIGACIÓN OCEANOGRÁFICA SALINA CRUZ, OAX. 4 COORDINADORAS REGIONALES DE INVESTIGACIÓN OCEANOGRÁFICA (CRIO).

  5. Vincular a la Secretaria de Marina con otras Secretarias de Estado involucradas en el sector marítimo nacional. Impulsar el Desarrollo Marítimo Nacional

  6. PROGRAMA PERMANENTE DE PROTECCION ECOLOGICA A ESTADOS COSTEROS: (TÉCNICO-OPERATIVOS) • Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normatividad en materia de protección del medio ambiente y protección de recursos para influir directamente en el desarrollo de las actividades pesqueras, turísticas, de transporte e investigación en el medio marítimo.

  7. Acciones a emprender para el año 2006: 1.- Incrementar la Participación de otras instituciones involucradas de los 3 niveles de gobierno. 2.- Estudio de la situación ambiental del medio ambiente marino en la región del Golfo de Tehuantepec. 3.- Conformar un programa interinstitucional para el Manejo de desechos sólidos. 4.- Intensificar la Difusión y la Concientización ecológica entre la población en general y centros educativos. 5.- Elaboración del programa de trabajo calendarizado de los grupos de trabajo. 6.- Diversificar los Recorridos conjuntos a diferentes áreas. 7.- Establecer programa de monitoreo de la calidad del agua. 8.- Implementar el Banco de Información y fomentar el intercambio de datos e información.
