Text Feedback • Trialling mechanism to gather feedback in the form of text messages for the LRC • Setup the txttools system to allow incoming messages for the following questions: • We aim to acknowledge our customers within two minutes. Are we reaching this standard? • Do you find the LRC Staff polite and helpful? • Can you find the books, e resources and other sources of information that you require? • Is the LRC too quiet, about right or too noisy? • Is there anything which you think that we could do to improve the quality of the service offered by the LRC?
