  3. What is eBuy? eBuy is an online Request for Quotes (RFQ) tool which allows Federal buyers to obtain quotes and issue orders for products and services offered by sellers on the GSA/VA Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) and Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) programs.

  13. The new “Watch” feature allows vendors, who were not originally selected by the buyer, to indicate they would like to receive email notices if an RFQ is modified or cancelled.

  14. New “Q&A” feature allows vendors to easily view all correspondence coming from the buyer. Also allows viewing of questions submitted by vendors and buyer responses to questions.
