  2. WEDNESDAY, June 28, 2006 Arrival day * Flights coming in from Hong Kong via Cathay Pacific CX921 arrive directly to Cebu at 11:30am. (Those coming from the AIB Beijing Conference can take this flight.) * Flights coming in from Singapore arrive directly to Cebu via Silk Air MI588 at 2:15pm. * Flights coming from Narita via Philippine Airlines PR433 arrive directly to Cebu at 6:25pm. * There are daily flights every two hours from 5am to 7pm to Cebu from Manila via domestic carriers Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific. * 2pm onwards CHECK-IN SHANGRI-LA HOTEL MACTAN. Transfer from Cebu International Airport to Shangri-la will be available. NOTE: This day, June 28 Wednesday, is a free day. PACIBER Meeting schedules and information will be provided in your rooms upon check-in. Conference Materials will be provided at the commencement of the PACIBER Meeting on June 30.

NOTE: TOURS TO NEARBY ISLANDS CAN BE ARRANGED FOR THOSE INTERESTED TO STAY ONE MORE DAY.
