  4. INTRODUCTION • KP Poly Pack International is professionally managed company with it’s own manufacturing facilities in India. Since the last ten years KPP has been enjoying the continuous growth due to our international client’s confidence and high quality product. • The manufacturing process in our plant is fully integrated and begins right from the prime grade virgin polymer resign process to yarn making, weaving to finishing of the final woven product like fabric. • Quality production is always of the paramount concern and the highest priority for KPP and it’s employees. Our 400 plus employees are fully committed to produce the world class woven products. KPP has complete in house quality control laboratory which also includes the test facilities for FIBC and UV testing. • All woven poly products are tested and certified by the world renowned independent testing facility. KPP is proud to serve many leading and reputed distributers in North America, Europe, Africa and other continent.

FACILITIES • Our production facilities are in Eastern and Western region of India and in these establishments today we process more than 600 tons of polymers in form of 2 million FIBC, 45 million square yard of woven fabric and 30 million small sacks per year. • Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with modern extrusion, weaving, finishing machineries and productions are ISO 9001:2008 and 22000:2005 certified.

  6. EXTRUSION • We have ultra-modern extruders to make the PP tapes and multifilament yarn. We can melt and produce 50,000 lbs of tape every day and very soon we will be producing approx 60,000 lbs per day. Our extruders are made with latest technology and able to produce low denier to high denier strength tapes or high quality weaving. WEAVING • KPP has the full range of weaving looms for four shuttle, six shuttle, and eight shuttle to weave 30 cm to 210 cm wide tubular fabric. Apart from the fabric all other ancillaries items like webbing (loops), tie tape (narrow width), fibrillated yarn for hemming and body stitching, filler cord is also produce in house. COATING (LAMINATION) • Our state of the art coating plant is able to handle both PP and PE coating on single side or double side (Tandem). These coating plants are also able to handle wide width heavy fabric for circular super sack (Jumbo bag) and flat fabric for the panel or four panel bags. We are also able to coat 110” wide width fabric for house wrap, Geo textile and Tarpaulin.

  7. PRINTING • KPP printing department is equipped with six color online printing machine for small sacks and panel feed flexographic printing machines ideal for FIBC. The online printing machine can handle perforation, gusseting, and cutting of the fabric simultaneously. We also have the capacity to print up to eight colors of BOPP small sacks with ez openings. STICHING (FINISHING) • Our finishing department and stitching area is set up in neat and clean premises. In this department we have automatic panel cutting, spout cutting, webbing cutting machines which enable us to finish the production with minimum human touch. Our semi-automatic stitching machine do the dust proofing in the bags with complete ease and accuracy. All finished FIBCs are subjected to 100% manual inspection. Our highly qualified and trained quality personal ensure that bags are free from any manufacturing defects.

  8. THE PRODUCT • FIBCS/JUMBO BAG (SUPER SACK) are simply big bags made as per the custom specifications and application. Super sacks are used for storing, transporting and handling dry, slurry (semi-liquid) material in bulk. FIBCs are amongst the most cost effective and ideal types of packaging for shipping and storing bulk products. They can be produced from either tubular or flat PP woven fabric. • DIFFERENT TYPES OF FIBC : Standard U-Panel Bag, Cross corner (Tubular bag), Baffle bag form (stabilized bag), Conical bag, Side Tunnel Loop Bag, Top Tunnel Loop Bag, Hood Bag, Ventilated Bag, Type A Bag, Type B Bag, Electrostatic type C Bag, UN Certified Bag.

GEO-TEXTILE WOVEN FABRIC Woven Geo-Textile are economical way of insuring better drainage and sediment control during the land fill, highway construction, earth moving operations and lining during the land escaping. GROUND COVER Ground cover are made with 100% UV stabilized PP woven fabric. This fabric is produced with the special tape width to maintain pre assigned permeability for water to filter thru the porous fabric. This fabric is strong enough to avoid any tear and damages during application. Ground cover fabric comes in 100 GSM to 350 GSM and width ranging from 6’, 8’ , 10’ and 12.5’ to various roll length 100’ to 500’. SLIT FENCE Woven slit fence fabric is the very effective and economical sediment control membrane. Its comes with UV stabilization and it’s durable and easy to install at the construction site with wooden post. Slit fence can be reused and available in different color like Black or Orange in width ranging from 24” to 48” and fabric weight from 60 GSM to 120 GSM. PP WOVEN SACKS AND SAND BAG These are small sacks and used to pack 25kg to 100kg of produced. We make these bags with liner, coated, uncoated, and printed up to four colors and side gusseted. Sand bags with tie with out tie and with 1600 hours of UV stabilized . We can also do both side of BOPP multi-color print in circular fabric with ez opening.

GARDEN WASTE BAGS • Ideal for dry leaves, soil, stone, fire wood, and tree trimmings. • Handy for transporting books, waste paper, laundry and sports goods. • Ideal for storing and warehouse. • On request self standing bags are available. • Easy to move around in the house and empty in the waste bin. HOUSE WRAP • Ideal to cover the under construction/building. • Prevent the under construction building for m natural element like wind, rain, dust and snow . • Allow construction to continue in case of weather. • Easy to install and remove.
