  2. What’s New with CLA? • Membership Results • Overall membership declined 1.8% • But, membership retention rate jumped 8 points! • Wider participation in benefit programs • Focus on marketing support and free webinars popular with members

What’s New with CLA? • Financial Results • Exceeded budget for revenues and continued to reduce expenses • 2012 will show expenses at 25% less than 2006 • Budgeting lowest ever non-Clean year operating deficit • Reserves exceed investment policy requirements • CLA remains fiscally sound and ready to serve you for years to come!

What’s New with CLA? • Re-launch of PlanetLaundry Magazine • Website traffic up more than 30% • Qualified print circulation up more than 35% • More than 2,000 digital-only subscribers • Huge increase in downloads of iPhone, iPad and Android apps • Great design and great content! • Thank you for reading

What’s New with CLA? • New tiered dues structure launches June 1st! • No more “one-size fits all” memberships • You will have the opportunity to upgrade your membership • You will be able to purchase additional marketing services • Among new categories will be: Laundry Professional, Laundry Professional-Premier, and the Laundry Researcher package • Major push to add to our “strength in numbers”

What’s New in Self-Service Laundry? • Easing of the credit market for laundry • Availability of financing has improved; but not like the “good old days” – what is? • Industry finance programs continue to lend and offer specials on rate and terms • Good credit risks will still get loans – with a little more paperwork! • Best advice is to prepare an excellent loan package that is both complete and accurate • Make yourself easy to help!
