Agreements • Complete the seminar (all sessions). • Be on time (seated when the music stops). • No consciousness altering substances from now until the completion of the seminar. • Confidentiality: • Do not divulge others’ experiences • Do not divulge processes • Followfacilitator’sinstructions. • No timepieces to be used during the seminar hours except on meal breaks. • No major changes for two weeks.
