The ODC hopes that the employee extends this health interest into other aspects of their life and their family. Benefits: The benefits of the ODC’S SHW program are twofold. ODC benefits from healthier employees that have increased morale, increased physical and emotional strength, and decreased absenteeism due to illness. The ODC also benefits from reduced rates in health insurance and worker’s compensation insurance. Activities: Walk Across America, SHW Scavenger Hunt, Lower BP Event
