  4. Shrink Wrapping a building provides a completely contained and weatherproof environment for your construction project. The plastic itself is attached directly to the scaffolding or steel. It is wrapped around the very top of the structure, where it is heated to self adhere around the top scaffolding pole. It is then attached around the bottom scaffolding pole, creating a taut and fitted seal.
