  1. Asia Field Worker Report of 2010 • As an Asia field worker, I thank the Lord for His wonderful blessings during 2007-2010. • Reported by Dr. Kyung Il Park

Evangelism and Discipleship Training • Asian Students Evangelism by • Dr. Kyung-il Park in classroom at Ewha Woman’s University, Korea. • Campus Evangelism on Easter Day • At Yonsei University by Dr. Jung Joo Kim • every year. • Asian graduate students at Ewha Womans University heard gospel . • This year, 3 students from Albania, Vietnam, Mongolia who took my class have shown their interests in WWCTU activities.

  3. Evangelism and Discipleship Training • Weekly English Campus Bible Study for foreign students at Ewha Womans University

  4. Evangelism and Discipline • Dr. Young Soo Shin, Regional Director of the Western Pacific Region of WHO, heard about FAS & temperance movement for cooperation of prevention of FAS in Asia.

  5. Education about FAS and Alcohol • International symposium held at Yanbian University of Science & Technology in China from June 30th to July 5th on 2008.

  6. Education about FAS and Alcohol • APAHL(Asia Pacific Alliance for Health Leaders) Forum was held in Mahidol University in Thailand during Sep. 29-Oct. 02, 2008. • Students and Professors from Thailand, Japan, and Korea joined in APAHL. • Health situations in Asian countries were discussed at the forum. • I gave a lecture about substance abuse among teens in Korea. • KWCTU donated 60 copies of books for the students and professors.

  7. Education about FAS and Alcohol • Annual FAS seminars were held at the FAS Prevention Center of KWCTU from 2007 to 2009 and also at Yonsei University for students & professors from China and Korea, and for pastors and White Ribbon Sisters of Korea

  8. Education about FAS and Alcohol • The lectures about the FAS and the temperance movement were given every semester at Ewha Womans University and Yonsei University.

  9. Research and Publication . The Lived Experience of Children with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (Ph.D. Thesis, 2008) Research on Alcohol Drinking and Knowledge of Alcohol and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome among Korean Single Women in Reproductive Age (December 1, 2008). Research 0n Korean Pregnant Women’s Alcohol Use and the Knowledge of Alcohol and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (August 31,2009) • These researches were funded by KWCTU FAS Prevention Center.
