Conclusions • Average per capita availability of basic food commodities (cereals, fruits, vegetables and poultry meat) increased by high percentages in the last five to six years. • Per capita calories intake remained stable during the same period. • The protein intake increased in between this period by 2.6%, while the fat remained almost stable.
