Friendly Reminders • All Members should have at least 2 hours per month (Sep.- Dec.) • All members must have 3 beta sanctioned events for the semester • All hours sheets must be turned by 3 pm at the Dec 17 winter party • If you did not pick up your shirt -OR- you did not order one and stillwant one, please see Mrs. K in 1.367. We have extras (now in ALL sizesS-XL)

Norcross Police Department • Norcross Police Department's Annual Awards Banquet on Friday, December6, 2013 from 5:00PM to 10:00 PM at the Norcross Community Center (atintersection of College Street and Britt Street). Dinner will be provided.You will be setting up, serving food, and/or helping watch the children inanother room.  If interested, please email Mrs. Morphis atMorphisebox@me.com, tell her you are from MCHS Beta Club, and give her yourname, grade level, and cell phone number.  Also, please let her know ifyou cannot work the entire event.

Educator assistance, help our teachers with activities.Thereare two timeslots 10am-12:30pm and 12:30pm-3pm.*Lego Competition- Is a fun teamwork competition for students from 9-14 toencourage excitement in science and technology!. Many ofTimes areSaturdayDecember 7th from 8am-5pm. If you are a judge, table clearer, orqueuer you need to stay all day however, there is a possibility of shiftsfor Museum Docents. Judge -three sections that need separate judges-        robotics design, core values, and a project        2. Table Clearer- resets rooms for the next group3. Queuer -one who let teams know when it is their turn to start anactivity.      4. Museum docent- keep an eye on different exhibits throughout the      museum and answer any questions (educators are at hand and there is a      notebook to guide you)*Green Your Holiday- Come educate the public about environmental holidayswith recycled ornament making, other crafts, games, and activities on Dec14 10am-2pm.
