  8. Orders • Order authorizing the execution of a Certificate of Satisfaction acknowledging that the indebtedness on a Deed of Trust made by Eric A. and Melanie J. Michael in December,2005 for property at 634 Maryland Avenue has been fully paid and satisfied.

  9. Orders • Order authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 2 to the existing contract with Carl Belt, Inc. for the Cedar Street CSO Improvements project (09-08-S) in the increased amount of $63,363.60 and increased time of 30 working days; bringing the total contract amount to $1,502,964.95

  10. Orders • Order authorizing the acceptance of a sole source proposal from Lumos Networks to provide local and long distance phone services at $1,328.80 per month ($15,946 per year) for a period of 3 years.

  11. Orders • Order accepting the sole source proposal of New World Systems Corporation to provide software maintenance support services for a 3-year period at the following cost: FY13 - $56,633; FY14 - $57,766; FY15 - $58,925

  12. Orders • Order authorizing the execution of a Lease Agreement with Rhonda's Corner Tavern to allow for the use of a portion of the public right of way at 171 N. Centre Street for outside cafe dining through the period ending December 31, 2012.

Orders • Order accepting the bid of Burgmeier Hauling, Inc. to provide services for the "Transportation and Disposal of Grit, Scum, and Screenings" from the WWTP (03-12-WWTP) in the lump sum amount of $2,347 per month for a three-year period commencing July 1, 2012, with two one year extensions available upon mutual agreement.

  14. Orders • Order authorizing the Chief of Police to accept an Allegany County Health Department grant in the amount of $4,425 to be used for police overtime for the enforcement of underage drinking laws.

  15. Orders • Order authorizing the execution of a revised Engineering Services Agreement with Whitman, Requardt and Associates for the provision of engineering services for the "Final Design of Phase I of the CSO Storage Facility at WWTP" (01-10-WWTP) at a lowered amount of $1,403,000 due to MD Department of the Environment contingencies.
