Main Achievements During the Second Quarter of 2012 the Ipsos Training Center (ITC) reached the following main achievements: • The Marketing InnoQuest and Marketing MUM schools were hosted successfully in all regions. The ITC gave support to users in the process of taking the e-learning modules and to organizers and facilitators in the process of registering face-to-face events, organizing the school and reporting on attendance, qualification and certification. • 13 new courses for employees and 2 new courses for clients were made available • 46 Training Webinars focusing on our Product Portfolio were hosted / 2 webinars facilitated by our clients to Ipsos employees working with them were conducted. • Different actions towards the increase in the usage of the Client Campus were launched

Next Quarter Challenges • Next Quarter will face the following challenges: • Increase the ITC usage by clients • Develop and start working on the creation of new courses (Project Management, WAO, Key Ipsos Financial Indicators, new courses on processes, Softskill courses, etc) • Work on the consolidation of a Learning & Development Community (internal meeting with L&D’s key people to be hosted in July / to discuss about the potential for the development of a Leadership Academy) • Some of the new courses / training materials to come: • Communications Skills • WAO • View Cast • Getting Familiar with Censydiam • Key Ipsos Financial Indicators • Project Management • Several other courses on Ipsos processes
