Kitchen Science Investigators Project Goal: • We want middle schoolers to develop disposition toward reasoning scientifically How? • Provide learners opportunities to reason scientifically in an interesting everyday activity • Help them recognize • the relevance and value of science in their everyday lives • the value of reasoning scientifically outside of the classroom • In the context of cooking and baking Christina M.
