  8. New programme intends to focus on sustainability of achieved results and based on experience from the current programme to simplify application, evaluation and monitoring processes APPROACH

  9. 115 MEUR FOR PROJECTS FINANCING • CO-FINANCING RATES FOR THE FUTURE • 85% for partners from Estonia and Latvia • 75% for partners from Finland and Sweden
