  1. SOFT SKILLS TRAINING FOR IT PROFESSIONALS Soft skills are the essential aspects in IT industries, and it is necessary to have proper soft skill training for every IT professionals. It is a non-technical skill that relates to how you work or how you interact with your colleagues. It also shows how you manage work or solve your problems. Soft skills include listening skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management, and empathy. The hiring managers always look for candidates for jobs with proper soft skills because soft skills make a person more successful. One can be excellent with a job’s specific skills or technical skills, but if they cannot manage their work or time within a team, they will be all jumbled up and will not be successful in the workplace. For this reason, having a soft skill with proper training in IT skills is quite remarkable. Types of Soft Skill: With proper training in IT skills, you can acquire the best types of soft skills that every IT professionals must have to be successful in the workplace, including appropriate interaction with staff and colleagues and providing adequate customer and client satisfaction. The most important types of soft skills one must be excelling at working sequentially and appropriately by their colleagues in the industry, and at being successful, IT professional are- ● Communicationskill – Communication skill is one of the most critical soft skills. By communicating in a proper tone and style, one can efficiently explain complex issues to their clients or colleagues. Communication skill also includes listening, so while dealing with customer complaints or working with colleagues, excellent listening skills are also a significant factor for IT professionals. ● Self-motivation- A person must have a positive and optimistic attitude towards their work, which is a very vital soft skill for any employee. They must not be demotivated and should always have the power of commitment and reliability to work more efficiently. ● Leadership- Leadership is a soft skill that enables you to have the ability to lead a team to success and inspire others. A person with excellent leadership skills has all the qualities of soft skills such as having a positive attitude or having the ability to communicate effectively or make effective and quick decisions and have a motivating and positive problem-solving skill. ● Responsibility- Responsibility is a critical factor and highly valued soft skill as the person who fails to take responsibility for their work will be less successful and less productive. The power of responsibility includes the skill of discipline, motivation, trustworthiness, and accountability. ● Teamwork- Alike leadership quality, good teamwork is also in words a combination of other soft skills as working in a team towards common goals

Training in IT skills means you must have proper training in soft skills such as leadership quality, motivational, and other mentioned above qualities and skills in abundance to work in the company with your colleague, seniors, and customers in harmony. For acquiring excellent communication skills, social skills, personality, and character traits with the proper attitude, social intelligence, and emotional intelligence, one must be training in IT skills. With the appropriate training in IT skills, which includes soft skills, a person can not only have a proper interaction with their colleagues or office mates but also provide customer satisfaction while talking to a client or clarifying their doubts. Thus, apart from having technical and specialized skills or knowledge, it is essential to have proper soft skills for interaction. And to get an appropriate soft ability, a person must be adequately training in IT skills.
