  9. “How’s that working for us?” • Feb. 19, 2010 – Received results of the Committee on Fifth-Year Interim Report’s review of our QEP Impact Report. In a word: “Unacceptable” • An additional report demonstrating the extent to which the QEP has affected outcomes related to student learning is due with the referral report. • Follow-up Report is forwarded to C & R Committee for action that can include additional monitoring or negative action. Problematic Issues: • Insufficient linkage with distinct student learning outcomes, assessment activities, and appropriate assessment measures. • Minimal improvement based upon the results of evaluation data. • Assessments appear to be class or activity-based rather than broad campus-wide assessment.
