  • The steps below need to be used once you have completed the One Life University Instructions. You will need your Referral Code and One Life Agent ID number to complete the registration process.

  • Select New Agents on the left side of the screen

  • “A” Lead – New lead that has not been issued to an agent or worked

  • “B” Lead – Leads distributed 31- 365 days from the time issued to an agent, as an A lead, and was not sold

  • “C” Lead – Responders outside 365 days from the time issued to an agent, as an A lead, and was not sold

NEW AGENTS

  • New Agents must submit $2000 Annual Premium off of “B” and “C” Leads before getting any “A” Leads

  • Note – If there are “B” and “C” leads available in the areas they work

RE-ORDERING LEADS

You have to wait 7 days to order more leads or turn in $100 PPL for the week.

Example: If you order 30 leads and you turn in $3000 AP then you don’t have to wait the 7 days.

If you qualify for 40 leads and you only order 20 then the other 20 do not roll over. The count is real time.

  • We have great news! You can now order your One Life Marketing Materials online and use your credit card to pay for the Presentation Manual. This will speed up the processing and shipping so that there is no need to mail order forms and checks and wait for the Post Office to get it to us. Please make sure to forward this message along to your down line agents and managers as.

  • Faxed, mailed or emailed orders of the old forms will no longer be accepted as of 7/14/2014.

  • Presentation Manual & Starter Kit- $50.00

  • This is where you will order your Presentation Manual with complete with sales presentation, carrier information, rates, tri-close tablet and delivery notice pad. The quantity drop down menu will allow you to order from 1-5 manuals at a time. If ordering more than one, please indicate who they are for in the comment section.

  • Click on the Presentation Manual & Starter Kit title

  • Fill in all required information (if you do not know your One Life ID Number, please contact your manager)

  • Make sure to choose the correct quantity as you will be billed $50 per manual

  • When information is correct, click on “Review Order”

  • Your information will now be shown. Make sure to check your quantity. If correct, click on “Continue and Make Payment”

  • Your total dollar amount that you will be charged is now showing. If correct, click on “Pay Now”

  • You do not need a PayPal account to make your payment. If you do use your PayPal account, enter you PayPal account information to login. If you do not have a PayPal account, click on “Pay with a debit or credit card, or Bill Me Later”

  • If you are using your PayPal account, complete the payment confirmation

  • If you are using a debit or credit card, fill in all of you card, personal and shipping information and click “Pay” at the bottom

    • PayPal would like to have you as an account holder. You can either create and account or click on “No Thanks” to complete the order

  • You should now see a “Thanks for you order screen”, which indicates that you order is complete

One Life Marketing Material On Line

  • Reorder Supplies

  • This is where you will order Tri-Close tablets (for quoting) and Delivery Notice pads (for leaving on the door if client is not home). These are no charge for these and you are allowed to order a maximum of two each. Note, if you are ordering a Presentation Manual, it comes complete with 1 of each the Tri-Close and Delivery pads.

  • Click on the Reorder Supplies title

  • Fill in all required information (If you do not know your One Life ID Number, please contact your manager)

  • Enter the quantities of each item

  • Click on “Review Order”

  • Your information will be shown. If correct, click on “Submit Order”

  • You will now see an order submitted message confirming that your order has been placed

  • If you wish to order a presentation manual, click on “Supply Ordering System” in blue above where is says Reorder Supplies

Carrier Supply Orders

  • Each of our carries has a variety of different marketing materials that you can order or download directly from them. Some examples of the supplies are Foresters who has point of sale folders and Americo who has final wishes books. Below is a list of websites that you can visit for each carrier and login to the agent portal using your credentials. If you do not know your credentials (username and password), I have added the phone number directly to their Marketing Department that should help in finding that information. 

  • Foresters –www.foresters.com to login to your agent portal. The product that we sell is Plan Right.  For help you can call 866-466-7166

  • American Amicable – www.americanamicable.com to login to your agent portal. The products that we sell are the Family Solutions and Golden Solutions. For help you can call 800-736-7311 ext 3366.

  • Americo –www.americo.com to login to your agent portal. The plan that we sell is the Ultra Protector. For help you can call 800-231-0801 x8410 or email sales [email protected]

  • Liberty Bankers – www.libertybankerslife.com to login to your agent portal. The plan that we sell is the SIMPL Plan. Attached is an order form that needs to be filled out and faxed to LBL for supplies (fax number is on form). You can print off forms before you have a writing number with them by going to the website. The login is life and the password is agent.

  • Kemper -http://portal.reservenational.com/forms.aspx to see forms buy state. The Plan that we sell is the GI Whole Life. You can print these applications to use in the field. You can order from them by calling them at 877-877-0199 or faxing in the attached order form.

    • We’ve owned a mail house for 22 years targeting the Senior Marketplace for final expense.

    • We mail in large quantities to ensure that our agents have plenty of fresh leads to work (average agent at One Life works 30 fresh, exclusive direct mail leads a week).

    • Our direct mail leads are completely free to the agents!

    • Every agent has their own portal that they log into weekly to place orders and receive their leads.

    • Career Builder – each post is a descriptive advertisement for career with One Life

    • Licensed Agent Database (FMG) – We have full access to a licensed agent database where we can pull list of licensed agents by geographical location, license type (life, health, P&C, etc.), how long they have been licensed, what companies they are licensed for and more. This list can be as specific as you would like or as simple as all life agents in a specific area. There are two ways to utilize this list with no additional cost:

      • Email Blast - We can pull your requested list and send a recruiting email in that area. The campaign will last a full month and each person will receive a total of 4 emails during the course of that month (once a week for 4 weeks)

      • Cold Call List - I can pull a list of license agents with you requested parameters and email that list to you. You can email them yourself, call or send a postcard or letter. Use the list however you want to generate interest.

      • Direct Mail - We will generate a list of licensed agents in a requested area and drop a postcard or letter explaining the One Life opportunity. This is on a test basis initially as we gather data for effectiveness

      • Craig’s List Ads - Each of you can post. They are free.  Work with David Hosch on content and strategy.

      • Warm Market Recruiting - Get Lists from your new recruits.  These will always be our best recruits and agents!!
