When a company changes its Career plan, some will earn more and some will earn less in the beginning

Subsidy

  • Some will earn less under the new plan until they adjust

    • Will pay the higher of the new plan or the old plan based on the percentages below

      • Percentages are applied to the shortfall, if any

    • 6 months duration

    • Minimum $20 shortfall
