  3. Exploratory Learning • A program that offers experiences in a wide variety of areas. It allows student an opportunity to experiment with ideas, concepts, and activities in different learning environments

  4. Three Goals of E.L. • To meet the physical, emotional, and intellectual needs of the adolescent. • To allow for creativity and exploration • To help students develop a positive self-concept

  9. Advantages We Came Up With • Breaks the monotony of traditional core classes. • Provides students with choices. • Peaks their interest. • Gives all students a chance to excel. • Helps students to explore new talents and pursuits.

  11. Exploratory Learning Format Student Choice Required Electives Students get to choose from a list of many options. Students have little to no choice in their elective courses.
