Mentorship • What? • The association will be mentored by 2 people: One from within HULT and the other a practitioner from industry. • The faculty mentor will ensure that the association functions within the ambit of its mission. He will also hold the association accountable and will help to maintain a professional mode of functioning. • The industry mentor will be a marketing practitioner currently working in industry

Weekly Presentation • Every week we will have knowledge sharing presentations • What - 5 to 10 minutes presentation on important topics like segmentation, break even analysis, new trends in marketing, white papers from journals like ‘marketing journal’ , Marketing book review like ‘Marketing Warfare –Al Ries’. • Who -Members of the club • When- Every week at the beginning of the meeting.

  9. Potential project • Time frame of 5 months before campus rotation (Module C) • Strategic Marketing outlook for Hult Dubai?

Case Cracking: • Plan to solve 15 cases from different industry, situation and market in next 5 months • Cases will be collected from top B-School (personal contacts) and other sources of Journals and ICFAI • Case reading will be available 7 days in advance • Starting date: TBD (has to be b4 dec break) • First case reading will be available on 7th December 2008. • Research: • Research group to be formed • Research related to marketing field which will give insights of products, strategy and pricing etc in a particular industry • White papers/Reports: • Present paper/report to the marketing association upon research completion
