  4. Balanced Feedback • RCC Knowledge Base • Covered 3 Projects & all Functional Areas in a short period of time • Knowledge Base from outside RCC • Facilities best practice sharing • IH Database to SRS • RadCon practice adopted at RCC from SRS

  5. Constructive Feedback • Graded Approach applied • i.e., Bldgs. 324/327 vs. ERDF • Emphasis on Observation-Based vs. Compliance-Based • Help maximize the Contractor’s efforts • Result – Proper perspective & constructive feedback

  6. Timely Feedback • Real time feedback on significant issues • Daily briefs with Senior Management • Comprehensive debrief at close-out • Form-1’s drafted by close-out • Factual Accuracy Copy within one week • Final Report within two weeks

Conclusion/Recommendations • Pick team that is qualified & independent & one that is balanced with site/project knowledge • Design approach methodology that is graded & observation weighted & fine tune as you go • Ensure team is aware of recent history (how the Site/Project has gotten to where they are & how much progress is expected
