Task Force 2 Systems Operations Performance Measures • Work Plan • Purpose of this Task Force- • To insight and advice to SSOM, SCOH and FHWA/USDOT on National/High Level Performance Measurement Topics • Practices, Methods and Successes amongst States working level Performance Measures and Performance Management to improve our respective System Operations Performance • Communication Plan • Collaborate and coordinate with Task Force 1 and 3 to define, when and what these working level Operations Performance Measure and Management practices get shared with peer states.

Task Force 2 Systems Operations Performance Measures • Task Report and Next Steps • Task for Item#1: Develop a process and protocol for developing consensus recommendations to SSOM, SCOH and FHWA on High Level National Operations Performance Measurement topics. This could include, a) appointment of a smaller working group to develop initial recommendation b) a standard process for sharing these initial recommendation and solicit input from the full task force. • Task for Item#2: Develop a process to assist any state members in a new or specific working level Performance Measurement needs is generated at the task force level or any state level
