  1. I have been introduced to the property market in Whyalla by Trevor a number of years ago before the big mining projects where announced in the media. I have since bought and developed a number of properties there. I am keen to further invest into the Whyalla market to take full advantage of the imminent mining boom which will totally transform the area, creating high demand for rental properties and subsequently pushing prices up.
