  2. Purpose • To establish a training and needs baseline • To evaluate training and professional development needs within the MoMP • To identify any additional needs to improve work and skills performance • To work with donor organizations in developing a training needs action plan

  3. Methodology November 5-10th 2013 MoMP Human Resources and ASI conduct survey within AGS and MoMP Data Collection through Training Needs Assessment Survey Employee Participants Grade Level 3, 4, 5 and 6 Total employees surveyed; 656 with 169 respondents

  4. Input and Data Analysis Undertaken by Human Resources Team between November 11th 2013 to February 2014 Analysis of Data and Reporting Focus Groups and Key Interviews Final Report February 2014

  5. Methodology: Respondents • 656 surveys delivered with 169 respondents • 20% response rate to survey’s delivered • 6% of total MoMP employees participated in survey

Past and Present Training Trends Prior to January 2012 Total Respondents Grade 3-6: 69%had not participated in any training Total respondents Grade 3-6: 31% participated in trainings Post January 2012-2013 Total Respondents Grade 3-6: 72% had not participated in any kind of training Total Respondents Grade 3-6: 28% participated in training
