  2. AHCA Grant Agreements • ACTION REQUESTED: • Approval of two Letters of Agreement between Orange County and AHCA to support funding for two PCAN partners • $66,292 -AND- $85,079 $ 151,371 (OC) $ 676,091 to PCAN $ 524,720 (AHCA)

  3. AHCA Grant Agreements • Community Health Centers • $296,091 from AHCA • Funds will be used to help start up a new clinic site in the Bithlo community • Health Care Center for the Homeless • $380,000 from AHCA • Funds will be used to increase their capacity to serve the homeless population in central Orange County
