2. Project background Project duration : 6 months from May 2011 to November 2011 The overall goal : The project is to Build the capacity on vegetable packaging and reduce lost production for Agricultural production and value Chain Objectives: • packaging vegetable production to reduce spoilage and reduce lost production.

3. Target area of the project 4 Villages, 2 communes, 2 Districts in 2 Province are: Kompot and Kampong Speu provinces, Target groups of the project • 25 Key farmers • 5 Provincial and district Agricultural Extension staffs per province • Other farmer if they interesting.

6. Proposed Activities • Training for Extension staffs (DAEOAE/DAO) • Organizing training on packaging for Farmer group • Organizing training on value Chain

7. Actual activities: • Packaging Vegetable (PVG): One group learning with 2 days-training were conducted. There were 25 participants (10 women) • Value Chain : one group learning with 2 days-training were conducted. There were 25 participants (7 women)
