DECRETO 39/1998, DE 31 DE MARZO, DE ORDENACIÓN DE LA EDUCACIÓN PARA LA ATENCIÓN DEL ALUMNADO CON NECESIDADES EDUCATIVAS ESPECIALES EN LA COMUNIDAD VALENCIANA. • Artículo 8.1: las medidas de carácter pedagógico, organizativo y de funcionamiento para la atención al alumnado con necesidades educativas especiales deben incluirse en el PEC y en los correspondientes proyectos curriculares. • Artículo 8.3: aquellos centros que escolaricen a alumnado con NEE con dificultades en la comunicación, derivadas de su discapacidad severa o profunda, incluirán en sus proyectos curriculares el conocimiento y uso de sistemas aumentativos o alternativos de comunicación y, en su caso, de la lengua de signos
