CHANNELS;PWD ETC, DUE ALLOCATION FOR THE BUDGET IS DONE BY THE APPROVING AUTHORITY. THE PROCESS WILL HAVE TO BE INITIATED BY US IN APRIL 2006.

  28. What is the attendance & dropout rate? Has it improved with the addition of new teachers? • THE CHILDREN ARE MORE REGULAR. THE CLASSES ARE BEING HELD EVEN DURING GOVT. HOLIDAYS BY THE THREE TEACHERS AND ASSOCIATED STAFF. Attendance improved ,time and day wise • FEW STUDENTS MAY JOIN FROM NEARBY SCHOOLS AFTER THE WINTER VACATIONS!

  29. How is the library being used? Has reading hour been introduced for the children? • READING LESSIONS DURING THE SCHOOL HOURS; DUE TO SHORTER DAYS AND TRAVEL HOME ON FOOT REQUIREMENTS.

  30. . What is reaction of parents? Are they happy with the performance • LAST WEEK THERE WAS A PARENT MEETING ARRANGED BY OUR REPRESENTATIVE. 33 PARENTS ATTENDED THE MEETING. 32 OF THEM WERE VERY HAPPY AND APPRECIATIVE OF THE TEACHING EFFORTS AND CONVENIENCES.
