  1. Dear Aspirants, • We are here to describe you about some of the repeated question asked in NET Exam every year in General Paper I. • This will surely increase your marks in your CBSE NET Exam.

  3. Child Labour Prohibition and Regulation Act: 1986 According to this, children below the age of 14 years were banned to work in hazardous occupations.

  4. Factories Act: 1948 • It shall come in the force of 1st day of April, 1949. • The main objective is to regulate the working conditions in factories, to regulate health, safety welfare, and annual leave in respect persons who work in the factories.

  5. Societies Registration Act: 1960 • This act was started in 1960. • An Act for the registration of literary, scientific and charitable societies.

  7. Information Technology Act: 2000 Objective: Stop computer crime and protect privacy of internet users and to provide the facilities to filling document online relating to admission or registration in employment exchange.

  8. Workmen’s Compensation Act: 1923 This main objective is to providing financial protection to workmen and department in case of accidental injury by means of payment of compensation by the employers.

  9. Industrial Disputes Act: 1947 The aim is to secure industrial peace & harmony by providing machinery and procedure for the investigation and settlement of industrial disputes.

  10. Census Act: 1948 This act empowers Central Government to notify the date for the census and to appoint a Census Commissioner and Superintendents of Census Operations in States.

  11. Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act: 1956 The Act intends to combat trafficking and sexual exploitation for commercial purposes.
