    7. Economical Benefit Residents can get paid by selling their wastewater, just like selling used paper and furniture. They can also reduce the water bill by using treated water to flush toilet. Residents can reduce 15% their cost of the water consumption, the Community Service Agency and the Construction Company can gain at least 1.85 per ton by treating wastewater and using treated water to do other affairs.  Since all people can gain profit by applying our design, the market will act spontaneously. Increase the public awareness Public speeches Distributing water saving flyers Broadcast Environmental Education videos Together with “Beijing Municipal Water-saving Office”, " Beijing Environmental Education Center", we delivered speeches in communities, give out handbook on water saving to residents and broadcast Environmental Education videos and advertisements. we have and will continue to keep people informed about the urgent need to save water.     10. Step 2 2. Support from the government The former low water price policy is a obstacle to the system promotion. We persuaded Municipal Government to put on rise on the water price From 31 July 2004 on, the water price for daily use increased from 2.9 Yuan to 3.7 Yuan per ton We found that the former low water price policy is a obstacle to the system promotion and our system can only be applied widely if water price increases from 2.9 Yuan/ton to 4.5 Yuan/ton. So we managed to lobby the Municipal Government to put on rise on the water price. On June 3, 2004, a price hearing was held by Beijing Municipal Government and then from 31 July 2004 on, the water price for daily use increased from 2.9 Yuan to 3.7 Yuan per ton. And the water price for commercial use increases from 4.4 Yuan to 5.6 Yuan. We found that the former low water price policy is a obstacle to the system promotion and our system can only be applied widely if water price increases from 2.9 Yuan/ton to 4.5 Yuan/ton. So we managed to lobby the Municipal Government to put on rise on the water price.     11. Step 3 3. Working with architect By exchanging ideas, the architect of our new student’s apartment building, which consists of more than 100,000 meter square, applied part of our design. At least 30% of water will be saved in these buildings by applying recycling system

What do I hope to achieve… Effectively control environmental pollution Establish the first-class environmental protection corporation in China Make every person a spontaneous environmental protector Environmental pollution can not be eliminate solved entirely but it can be controlled. We do not need for tomorrow technological breakthroughs. The policies, the science and the green technologies at our disposal today can begin to do the job. Our long-term prospective is to establish the first-class environmental protection corporation in China, which incorporates the producer of environmental products and the supplier of energy-saving technology and solutions. The corporation will also engage in R&D clean energy and advanced technologies concerning sustainable development. We will usher in a whole new environmental protection industry in china and construct a new value of environmental protection. Environmental pollution can not be eliminate solved entirely but it can be controlled. We do not need for tomorrow technological breakthroughs.
