    • Distance between light source and detector varies for different installations, so the gas concentration is determined as an average value over the entire optical path, either in PPM•m or LEL•m

    • Dividing the above value by the distance L (m) between the light source and the detector , the gas average concentration is obtained - C (PPM or LEL %).
