  2. Wet RGT • Op 1 oktober van kracht • Specifiek toezicht vooraf Aw vervalt- art. 33 archiefbewaarplaats- art. 34 last onder bestuursdwang- art. 7 vervanging (in 2013, na wijziging Ar) • Generiek toezicht achteraf op basis van de Gemeentewet: schorsing en vernietiging en indeplaatsstelling

  3. Horizontale verantwoording • Verantwoording ‘horizontaal’ ipv ‘vertikaal’ • Provincie maakt gebruik van dezelfde informatie als de gemeenteraad • Gemeente moet helder en transparant communiceren over archiefbeheer / informatiehuishouding
