  2. 1. Quality (品質條件) • 1.1 品質決定之參照標準： 樣品(Sample)、說明書(Specification)、 商標(Trade mark)或品牌(Brand)、 標準品(FAQ; Fair Average Quality) 、 規格(Type: CNS、JIS、CE、UL) • 1.2 品質決定之時間與地點： 出廠品質、裝運品質、卸貨品質、買方倉庫品質 • 1.3 品質之用語： Quality: As per sample No.123 submitted by seller.

  3. 2. Quantity (數量條件) • 2.1 數量計算單位： 個數(如piece、set、dozen、pair…) 重量(如KGM、Ton、LBR…) 長度(如Yard、Meter、Foot…) 面積(如Square foot、Square meter…) • 2.2 數量決定地點： 裝運地數量條件、卸貨地數量條件 • 2.3 數量增減範圍： (1)Quantity: 500 sets, 3% more or less at seller’s option. (2)Quantity: about 500 sets. ( 500±10%)

  4. 3. Price (價格條件) • 3.1 價格結構：CIFLondonUSD242.00/ per set (1)出口商：選用強勢貨幣(strong currency) (2)進口商：選用弱勢貨幣(weak currency) (3)國際通貨：convertible currency • 3.2 價格種類： 淨價(net price) or 含佣金價 • 3.3 價格變動： 匯率變動、費用變動、費用負擔

  5. 4. Payment (付款條件) • 4.1 付款方式： (1)預付貨款：CWO、PBS (2)裝貨付款：L/C、CAD (3)延付貨款：D/P、D/A、O/A、Installment… • 4.2 付款方式之運用： (1) O/A (節省銀行費用、轉嫁風險予Factor) (2) OBU (便於資金調度、節稅) • 4.3 匯款方式： T/T、M/T、D/D… • 4.4 付款條件之用語：p.131-132

  6. 5. Packing (包裝條件) • 5.1 包裝之種類： (1)內包裝：美觀以增強促銷 (2)外包裝：堅固以增強搬運安全 • 5.2 嘜頭(Shipping Marks)： (1)Main Marks (2)Port of Destination (3)Package Number (4)Country of Origin (5)Counter Marks: 所屬部門 or 承辦人 (6)Caution Marks (7)Side Marks：Measurement、Weight

  7. 7. Shipment (裝運條件) • 7.1 裝運日期之約定： (1)特定某月內裝運 (2)限定某月中的上旬、中旬、下旬或上 半月、下半月裝運 (3)限定某日前裝運 (4)限定某一期日內裝運 (5)限定於達成某事後的一段期間內裝運 • 7.2 分批裝運(partial shipments)之約定 • 7.3 轉運(transshipment)之約定 • 7.4 指定裝運船舶

  8. 8. Insurance (保險條件) • 8.1 保險費＝保險金額×費率 • 8.2 保險金額：貿易契約 (1)有約定:照約定; (2)無約定:最低保額 **最低保額＝CIF加計一成＝CIF×110% • 8.3 影響費率的因素： (1)貨物的性質(危險品?易碎品?) (2)航程：運輸保險為計程保險 (3)承保範圍 • 8.4 承保範圍： (1)基本險：ICC(A)、ICC(B)、ICC(C) (2)附加險：ICC( War )、ICC( Strikes ) • 8.5 保險用語： Insurance: Covering ICC(A) and ICC( War ) for CIF value plus 10%.
