  7. Evolution • The evolution of a Service Item • “Order a Computer System” was originally developed pre-Task Engine. • Used old-time Tasks to create Purchase Requisitions • Workflow was redesigned to include new features available using Task Engine. • GUI design was updated using a new theme.
