Example Interface Specification 0x01 (start) 19.2KBaud 1 startbit 8 databits No parity 1 stopbit + + Standard Message format: Command CRC1 CRC2 RS232 at the Physical Layer 0x03 (end) Commands: 0x01 = Grid Tied, Primary Configuration 0x02 = Grid Tied, Secondary Configuration 0x03 = Islanded 0x04 = Comms are Good, Normal Heartbeat 0x05 = Comms are Lost

  4. Possible Additional Spec Content • Mechanical Space Allocated (for AI modules inside inverter enclosures) • Mounting • Power Supply (AC? DC?) • Others?
