  42. Caravan Return Policy: Please return product to: Nazarene Publishing House, 2923 Troost Ave., Kansas City, MO 64109-1593. Defective product and mistakes on shipments will be replaced immediately at no extra cost. Product returned for credit must be: Must have be purchased within the past 12 months. Must be in clean and salable condition. Must be sent freight prepaid. Promotional packs are not returnable for credit. Cassettes, Compact Discs, Orchestration are not returnable once they are opened.
